Before you ask.

Do care plans include a custom domain?

Yes. Both care plans cover one standard domain registration or renewal while the plan is active, plus connection and ongoing setup support. Premium, aftermarket, brokered, transferred, or specially priced domains require a separate quote.

Do I need to provide the words and images?

We provide copy guidance and can shape what you bring. If you need full copywriting or custom photography, we can discuss that before quoting.

Can you build an ecommerce website?

Yes. Ecommerce projects are custom quoted based on the number of products, payment setup, shipping needs, and required integrations.

Can my business update its own inventory?

Yes. The Business Owner Inventory Dashboard is a private management area for the SiteSmith customer and approved employees. They can add products, upload photos, change prices or stock, and mark items sold. Those changes appear on the public website automatically without asking SiteSmith to enter each item.

What happens after launch?

Starter, Standard, Ecommerce, and Custom website projects include the first three months of Essential Care. During that period, clients can upgrade to Priority Care for $99 per month. After the included period, continued care is optional and only begins with the client’s approval.

Are there any surprise fees?

No. Your proposal will list the scope, price, payment schedule, and any optional extras before work begins.
